Lakeview Medical, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliant Medical Group, plays a crucial role in patient care by providing durable medical equipment and respiratory services that are vital, in many cases, for allowing patients to safely stay in their homes when they are ill, after a hospital stay or when they are being rehabilitated. The Lakeview Medical staff serves customers throughout Central Massachusetts and accepts multiple insurances, including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts and Fallon Community Health Plan.

Some of the most commonly used items that Lakeview Medical provides are power and manual wheelchairs, hospital beds and mattresses, scooters, commodes, oxygen and related supplies, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines, canes and walkers, custom rehab equipment, breast pumps and more.

One of the reasons Lakeview Medical has been such a success with its customers is the consistent customer service it provides. Every employee from top to bottom strives to provide the most complete customer service possible. Lakeview Medical has five customer service representatives who can answer questions about payment, find out what items are covered by insurance, and describe items over the phone for customers. Customer Service is dedicated to working closely with other Reliant Medical Group departments in satisfying patient needs. There are also five driver-techs who are highly knowledgeable about the equipment they deliver, walking customers through every step they need to know, conveniently in their own homes.

To be fully accredited, Lakeview Medical had to meet 1200 different standards. It was informed by Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) that in the last eleven months of doing accreditations, Lakeview had performed better than any other organization! Lakeview Medical employees have a combined 200 years of experience in the medical equipment and respiratory services industry.

We have Licensed Respiratory Therapists, Certified Seating Specialists and factory trained service and delivery technicians.

The Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) is committed to assuring that home and community healthcare organizations such as Lakeview Medical adhere to the highest standards of excellence, and that they maintain compliance with the current standards. Matters concerning billing, insurance and payment disputes are not within the authority of CHAP.
